The platinum Flat Tortue case measures 45.2 by 37.5 mm and stands 8 mm deep, on a leather strap with a platinum folding clasp. The dial is smoked sapphire, with the dial bridge in steel and the apertures in 18K white gold, and the hands are blued steel and rhodium-plated steel. A gold Vagabondage II was made in sixty-eight pieces and a diamond-set platinum one in ten.

F.P. Journe introduced the Vagabondage II in 2010, the second of three watches carrying a jumping display in a Flat Tortue case. The line began with a unique piece called the CARPEDIEM in 1997 and with the Vagabondage I of 2004, made for the thirtieth anniversary of the auction house Antiquorum as three unique pieces in white, yellow and rose gold before the platinum limited editions of 2005 and 2006.

The case is platinum, measuring 45.2 by 37.5 mm and standing 8 mm deep, on a leather strap closing on a platinum folding clasp. The dial is smoked sapphire with the dial bridge in steel and the apertures cut in 18K white gold, so the smoked crystal sits over the mechanism rather than over a solid plate. The hands are blued steel and rhodium-plated steel.

The watch indicates jumping hours and jumping minutes through apertures, carries the small seconds and the power reserve on hands, and is manually wound. It is the only one of the three that jumps the minutes.

Three Vagabondage II series were made: this platinum one of sixty-nine pieces, a gold one of sixty-eight with the apertures in 18K rose gold and gilt steel hands, and a platinum one of ten set with baguette diamonds. The Vagabondage III of 2017 shares this case at 45.2 by 37.5 mm, stands 7.84 mm deep, and jumps the seconds instead of the minutes.

The Vagabondage II is the middle reference of the three in date, in size and in the arrangement of its display, and the platinum sixty-nine is the largest of its three series.
