The buyer may return the timepiece within 5 days as long as it has not been worn and it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. It is the buyer’s full responsibility to ship and return the product to Wrist Aficionado properly. It would be best if you do not re-use the packaging we originally shipped the item in. We also ask that you pack your return items safely to avoid any damage possible during the return shipment. Please include all items we shipped to you, If all items are not included in the return shipment, all refunds will be delayed until the successful return of those items to Wrist Aficionado.
Once your item is received, it will be inspected for signs of wear and any damage, which could adversely affect your refund. When the item is finished with the inspection, a refund will be issued. We will issue refunds in the manner in which the payment was received. In the unlikely event that a return package becomes missing in transit, an insurance claim will be processed, and a refund will only be given upon the successful investigation of the claim. Wrist Aficionado does not offer cash refunds for any reason. Please allow up to three to five business days for any credits to update to your account.
Note: We do not offer any exchange or returns for any special order or merchandise that is specifically sourced for the client. We also do not offer refunds on pieces that are on consignment. For such purchases all sale are final.
