Requirement, excellence and performance are the watchwords of the Carbon Concept, resolutely performance-oriented, a technical and technological challenge. The fine work carried out on the Skeletonisation of the movement, the result of nearly 2 years of research, puts it in the worthy line of its predecessors, emblematic for more than 50 years, and preserves without comparison its status inherited from the world of motor racing among sports chronographs. The choice of colours and their finishes, deliberately satin and matte, anthracite grey for the movement and orange for the reading elements, are oriented towards the world of the ultimate, the demanding and the challenging. Designed in a 40mm carbon case and skeletonied dial with a black bezel. It is equipped with a tachymetric scale, a sweep seconds hand for reading to 1/8 of a second, and elapsed-time hours and minute displays. Its Rolex calibre 4130 has the particularity of using a vertical (rather than lateral) clutch to activate the chronograph, and was engineered to feature a reduced number of components for greater reliability. It is housed on an orange Nylon strap and carbon buckle.
