SPECIAL ORDER SHIPPING POLICY:
All watches labeled as Special Order will be shipped in 2-5 business days from order date. Because these are items specially ordered from our supplier to fulfill the order, there is a slight delay compared to our regular, in-stock inventory.
All watches listed on our website for purchase are in stock and ready to ship. For verified payments received prior to 4pm, we generally ship the same business day. Shipments go out Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Owning all of our inventory at our beautiful showroom in NYC, NY; allows us to offer this premium service to our customers.
Each watch is pulled from our showcase, and verified against the listing on the website. The box and papers for the timepiece are added to the package to match the description in our website listing.
The watch then goes to our expert team of watchmakers where it undergoes as series of tests using state-of- the-art equipment. The watchmaking team runs this final stage of testing to ensure the proper cosmetic condition, timing accuracy and water-resistance (when applicable).
Your order will be inspected, securely packed, and shipped by UPS or Fedex. Orders can be shipped to your billing address.
All Wrist Aficionado shipments are fully insured and securely packed. A signature is required at the time of delivery or pick up.
We are proud to offer shipping to over 60 countries around the world. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials.
Wrist Aficionado is obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipped to NY State addresses.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Any customs charges, import/export duties, or other fees and taxes applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment on delivery. Some countries charge additional Collect on Delivery (COD) fees, which are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery and which do not go to Wrist Aficionado. In certain cases, customs officers may have the right to delay or deny the delivery of your package; we have no control over this, but we do reduce the likelihood of it happening by shipping with reliable international carriers like UPS and FedEx.
All products shipped within the United States are fully insured through the FedEx high value insurance program. International shipments are sent via armored delivery services such as Ferrari or Malca Amit. Wrist Aficionado ships all packages overnight domestically and Priority (3-5 days) internationally. Shipping charge is added to order at checkout. This charge is per order and NOT per item. Wrist Aficionado encourages all buyers to be sure of model prior to purchase.
It is the buyer’s full responsibility to properly ship and return the product back to Wrist Aficionado. It would be best you DO NOT re-use the packaging we originally shipped the item in. We also ask that you pack your return safely to avoid any damage possible during the return shipping. Please include all items we shipped to you. If all items are not included in the return shipment, all refunds will be delayed until the successful return of those items to Wrist Aficionado.
Once your item is received it will be inspected for signs of wear or damage which could adversely affect your refund. When the item is finished with inspection a refund will be issued. We will issue refunds in the manner in which the payment was received. In the unlikely event that a return package becomes missing in transit an insurance claim will be processed, and a refund will only be given upon the successful investigation of the claim. Wrist Aficionado does not offer cash refunds for any reason. Please allow up to three (3) business days for any credits to update to your account.
